Provides students with the skills to protect themselves and get home safe. This class focuses on mental awareness, physical aptitudes and technical drill with simple tools for real-life defense.
Restorative
 
 
 
The world can be pretty harsh.... sometimes we internalize this stress and it manifests in the body. Learn the simple skills to unwind the body, relax our tissues and feel at-ease within your own skin.
Kettlebells
 
 
 
The kettlebell has been used since ancient times (as far back as the 1970s) to develop total body strength and awareness. We progress through hard-style kettlebell fundamentals like the deadlift, getup and basic swing to build solid functional knowledge. Once this is established, more advanced skills like the snatch, single-arm swing and combination/complexes are integrated into your training.
Natural Movement
 
 
 
Learn how to regain vitality through the application of simple skills and Natural Movement principles. We will use breathing, walking, crawling, lifting, carrying, jumping, hanging, climbing, running and balancing to move our bodies, enjoy the process and reap the benefits of a life lived in harmony.
